Biography
Saba Saba a.k.a. Krazy Native is one of the members of the legendary Bataka Underground, now known as Bataka Squad. Bataka are the originaters of Luganda rapping and one of the oldest hiphop groups in Uganda, representing since 1994.
In December 2004, he was part of the Uganda Hiphop Foundation delegation to the Tanzania Hiphop Summit, which he helped organize. As a delegate and co-founder of the Uganda Hiphop Foundation, Saba performed at the "Rock Against AIDS" concert in Nairobi, Kenya. Saba is a representative of Bavubuka Allstars Foundation, an African hiphop youth movement. Saba also runs a small youth anti-drug and poverty eradication project based in the Kisenyi slum in the outskirts of Kampala.
Saba has performed along side such African stars as Postive Black Soul, Awadi, K'naan from Somalia,Tumi & The Volume from South Africa, as well as Guru of Gangstarr, Coolio and many more around the globe. He has been nominated by the Pearl of Africa Music Awards for Best Artist & Best Single.
